Meet Tony
Tony is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Memphis native who graduated from Southwind High School. Tony went to Lane College for his Undergraduate Degree, then obtained his master’s degree from Union University. Tony didn’t plan to become a therapist, but destiny led him to become one. Tony feels that he didn't choose therapy, therapy chose him, and being able to help others is the most rewarding career. Tony has experience in several different areas of mental health and specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, and several other issues young people face.
How He Can Help
Tony uses a type of talk therapy, psychoanalytic approach, to help youth solve problems. He teaches helpful strategies to change negative thoughts and build self-awareness. He respects each person's uniqueness and creates a safe space to share feelings. Tony sees therapy as a team effort, where you can talk openly about your concerns, challenges, and goals. His goal is to support and guide you in becoming the best version of yourself!
In His Free Time
Tony is always on the move! Whether he's hitting the gym, checking out new restaurants, or traveling to new places, he’s all about adventure. When he’s not out exploring, you can find him hanging out with his dog, Blossom, or cheering on his favorite sports teams—because, let’s be real, he’s a HUGE sports fan!
Fun Fact: Tony is a proud military veteran and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
